Pure Barre Studio Owner | Littleton, CO
After my first desk shift as a barre-tender at a local Denver studio, I took my first class. I remember shaking my way through the entire 55-minutes, loving a burning sensation I had never experienced before and jamming to the bumping music! I remember thinking to myself, “How can I be having this much fun while I can hardly stand up?!” I was hooked from day one. From becoming a front desk barre-tender, to teacher, to studio manager, to corporate teacher trainer, I kept falling more and more in love with Pure Barre both as a business and lifestyle. The logical next step was opening my own studio to spread the Pure Barre technique to my community.
“I love what Pure Barre provides for women in regards to strength, empowerment, and inner beauty. I knew I wanted to be a part of something bigger in the Pure Barre world one day.”
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at University of Colorado Denver. Prior to opening my own studio, I was a teacher at a Denver Pure Barre studio, a Pure Barre Corporate teacher trainer, and a stay-at-home mom.
My advice for someone considering opening their own studio is:
– If you are passionate enough about it, you can do it; and if you care enough about, it will thrive.
– Be present.
– It’s important to involve the people that you love and care about for support, encouragement, and as a sounding board for advice along the way.
